REWIRE, LIGHTING UPGRADE AND ELECTRICAL SOCKET REPOSITIONING

This job entailed a full internal and landscaping renovation, with new lighting, and power set out. We replaced all existing surface mounted lights with new recessed LED downlights, installed new power socket set out throughout house, and in the custom designed kitchen, we used custom LED strips in precise locations to provide highlighting and task lighting. In stairways and bathrooms, we used sensors to provide motion activated lighting, this allowed automatic use when overhead lighting was not needed. For the landscaping we used inground spike lights to illuminate feature trees and inground up lights to illuminate walls within the courtyard area.
